In the unfortunate event
that you need to cancel your Web Host, please follow these steps.
1. Make certain that you want to
cancel your Host before sending us a cancellation notice. Once your Host
is cancelled, there is a $10 fee to reinstate your Host once it has been
terminated. Please either pay by check or go to the ORDER
button below and submit payment via our account using Visa or
MasterCard.
2. Make sure that your Hosting Bill
is "Up-to-Date" and paid in full for any time owed on it. If it is froze
due to non-payment for services owed then you will forfeit the right to
cancel your Hosting have to pay a what is owed on it and a $25.00 fee before
you can cancel your host. If you have not resided on our servers as a Host
for 6 full months and received the free Domain Registration package - then
you are also obligated to pay the first years Domain Registration Fee of
$19.97. Please either pay by check or go to the Pay Online Section On Above
Graphic and submit payment via our account using Visa or
MasterCard.
3. E-mail a letter with the Domain
Name of the Host you want cancelled, the date you would like to stop service,
and the current password of your Host.
4. Also, please let us know
the reasons why you decided to cancel, what you liked about our service
and what you think we can improve upon. Your feedback is crucial to our
future success!
