Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service from which damages the subscriber or any other party may incur.

Note: Pornographic and sexually-related material, material that is profane, degrading, abusive, racial or prejudice in nature or content - are prohibited on all hosts or sub-hosts. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, profanity, abusiveness or prejudice and/or link to this content elsewhere. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to our hosts and servers or any other host or server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited. If such material is found, your domain will be confiscated, disabled and deleted from our servers and legal action will be taken without warning!

Traffic Guidelines:

Due to traffic patterns associated with certain types of sites, a limit of about 1,500 hits a day is allocated to each web site, If that is exceeded you may be asked to get a virtual server for your web site, which a limit of  about 30,000 hits a day is allowed, (15GB/mo). If this is exceeded you may be asked to get a Dedicated Server.

Subdomaining:

CGI Scripts:

CGI scripts use CPU processing power. Most scripts are acceptable on our servers. Each user is allocated a percentage of CPU usage. So if your domain uses more than your allocated share then you may be  charged for excess CPU usage.
Each account comes with its own cgi-bin. You are free to use any CGI scripts you wish, however we reserve the right to disable any CGI script that effects normal server operation, if there is any question about the cgi script please email us at support@silverngoldpro.com first.

Chat Rooms:

We will allow a customer to install their own chat room but these tend to consume the system CPU  more than the usual amount. We may require testing of the script before allowing it to be used.  You are limited to one chat room on your domain. Note: Pornographic and sex-related Chat rooms and Chat rooms involving content (mentioned above) are prohibited.

Background Running Programs:

We may allow programs to run continually in the background. These are considered on a one to one basis and an extra charge might be incurred based on system resources used and maintenance needed. If you have any questions concerning this, please email us at support@silverngoldpro.com.

Commercial Advertising - Email:

Our servers may not be the source, intermediary, or destination address involved in the transmission of Spam, flames, or mail bombs. We consider Spam to be any mass unsolicited message in the mediums of Newsgroups and Email. If you are discovered spamming from our servers, then we reserve the right to immediately, without warning disable your domain. If any loss or losses are incurred because of "spamming", legal action may be taken.

Server Abuse:

Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a server or another users Website is strictly prohibited. We will immediately terminate your account, and legal action will be taken. This includes and is not limited to any hacking efforts found to take place directly through our servers with intent to destroy, harm, damage or slow down another users Website (i.e. DNS). 

Termination of Service:

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to remove any account with 15 days prior notice.
